
The Bellevue Church of Christ will no longer be accepting applications for furniture and appliances at the DRC after May 16th. Call the church at 291-3585 for assistance.
St. Vincent de Paul is accepting donations of used furniture and appliances at 8260 Grover Street, Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Flood-impacted people can get a voucher for these items at Sarpy-Cass DRC.
The Salvation Army, by way of the Disaster Recovery Center now has new kitchen items available for flood victims courtesy of the Bellevue Foundation. These items include: pots, pans, dishes, silverware and a gadget set. Currently these items are only available to Bellevue residents (i.e. Green Acres, Paradise Lakes, Sands and Chris & Hansen Lakes). If there are any left over, they will be made available to other flood survivors in additional areas.
FURNITURE AND APPLIANCE REPLACEMENT
The Bellevue Church of Christ is currently taking applications for replacement mattresses, furniture and appliances (washer/dryer set, refrigerator, stove, new bed and more) that were damaged or destroyed in the flood.
Please apply in person at the DRC (1001 Ft. Crook Road North, Bellevue) Tues, Wed, Thur 4:00-6:00pm.
In order to apply, you must have owned these items prior to the disaster.
You will need an ID, a good contact number and photos of the damaged goods (if you have them). There is no guarantee you will receive everything you order, however they will do their best to fulfill or partially fulfill your request.
